So, I have had a sucky morning today. It started off great, especially about the part when I woke up 1 minute before my alarm was supposed to go off, realizing I had forgotten to set it last night. (Btw, last night was super fun as Corinne, Nicole and I layed on my bed for hours reading peoples blogs and facebooks. It was so entertaining). But as I got ready for work I left a little early to run by my parents house and say goodbye to my little brothers family. They are leaving for Des Moines, IA tomorrow for Medical School. I have come to the conclusion that I don't believe people should be able to move away. This just blows. I don't want them to leave. As I walk in and my niece Addie is saying "Mamy, mamy, mamy" over and over again I decided it was not an option for them to go anymore. I know we've been planning this moment for a long time, but when it comes to giving hugs, saying goodbye, and actually letting them go.....nope, this is for the birds. I am in denial. However, I have already been looking at airfare and will be back to visit them in October. Then we'll see Jamie (my cute sis-in-law) in November for our Girls Trip to see Celine in concert, and the whole family for 10 days in December. So, I guess I'll get through this. Thank goodness for cell phones, text messaging, and webcams. We've got all our bases covered, and it's time for me to cut the apron strings. sniff.....sniff........I'm growing up. :) I just want to wish Ty, Jamie, and Addie well on their travels and let them know how much I love them and how thankful I am to have such a beautiful family in my life. You guys are amazing and I'm thankful for every moment I have with you and the eternities to come. There still are not enough words to describe all the love in my heart for you all. Good luck in this new chapter of life.

This sucks.........

I feel your pain...but not quite as bad. Kayde and Anne aren't that far away. Saying goodbye is never fun. Even when they come and visit its not fun to say goodbye. Don't worry...we're staying here!! We love it to much to leave it :)
That does suck.. You really should talk them into getting a blog.. As pathetic as it sounds, it really is such a great form of communication.
